The Conserva Care treatment process begins with a deep cleaning to reopen the glass pores and restore the glass to its original clarity. Next we apply our exclusive 2-step hydrophobic coating called Diamon-Fusion® to transform the glass surface. Post-treatment, your panels will consistently experience reduced dirt accumulation and enhanced light capture, ensuring optimal efficiency and system performance.

Diamon-Fusion® is a patented hydrophobic glass coating that enhances the efficiency and durability of solar panels. By reducing maintenance and improving light transmission this cutting-edge technology ensures optimal glass performance.

By applying Diamon-Fusion®, it reduces dirt and environmental accumulation on the glass, increasing your panels' ability to capture sunlight therefore ensuring peak performance. For previously installed systems, we also restore the glass by using a deep cleaning agent to reopen the glass pores prior to applying the hydrophobic coating. Our clients have seen production increases of over 20%, and unlike with traditional cleaning methods, can expect these efficiency increases to be sustained much longer between cleanings.

Once applied, Diamon-Fusion® provides years of protection, backed by the longest warranties in the glass coating industry. Conserva provides a 15 year warranty for Commercial and 25 years for Residential systems.

Hydrophobic coatings significantly minimize dust and dirt accumulation on glass surfaces, so cleaning cycles will definitely be reduced, although cleaning frequency is always site and region specific.

Diamon-Fusion® has been approved by some of the top global panel manufacturers. We can also request for exemptions on your behalf for brands not currently on our approved list. Conserva Care® also has its own glass warranty that goes far beyond the inclusions of the standard panel manufacturer warranty.
